Subject: Good Morning

Hey! Happy Saturday to you! How are you doing this week? How is the new companion? What do you know about him? Tell me all the cool things you have learned this week.

Around here we have been pretty low key. I have actually really loved this week because of it. It was just what I needed in being able to just stop and slow down. It has been so go go go these past couple of weeks that to slow it down was just really good.

Fendi had her second check up this week. She got her 2nd dose of one antibiotic, her rabies shot, and her chip put in. She was pretty miserable for a couple of days to say the least. She still played hard and ran all over the place but if you tried to pet her on her right side or on her neck she would whimper. She is good as gold now though! All over the place and madness of puppy zoomies. She honestly makes me tired to just watch her.

Grandma celebrated her one year mark of serving in the temple so I made some cookies for her to take to her 'shift' with her. The old ladies apparently loved them and it made Grandma feel good to have something different to share with them. I am sure glad it worked out to have her move when it did and for her to have the chance to serve this last year. She loves it.

We are sitting in gross dirty air with cold temps that have sunk in. We are supposed to maybe hit 40 (which would sure be awesome) and then prep for more snow at the start of the week. I tell ya...I am so over it all. The cold is a real mean cold where the second the air hits you, it stings. The YM and the YW were up tubing this last week and I guess a couple of them were in tears because they had frost bite on finger tips. I imagine not so great and really it comes down to poor planning on the leaders who put it together. Oh well...

This weekend is quiet here at home. Tyler's sister Robyn stayed the night last night. She has a teacher something at Bingham that was bright and early so she stayed here and left before any of us were awake. Well sorta...the dogs heard her and made plenty of noise so I got up. :/ A lot of B's friends are in St George for soccer so she is just chilling and taking practice tests for her permit. She is stoked to go do that but nervous at the same time. She keeps getting 100% so I don't know why she is so nervous. It is funny.

The Superbowl is next Sunday and we will have Kaitlyn and Eric here and it is also Stake Conference. The dang groundhog declared 6 more weeks of Winter and Tyler and I cannot leave for Hawaii soon enough. Even though I am SO NOT looking forward to the long travel to get there. Anyways, I sure love you and hope that this week has brought happy and some joy along with tender mercies your way. I think of you always and am always wondering what you are up to. I love you. Talk to you soon.
