President Proudfoot President and Sister Proudfoot Home Everyone back together again It really has been a wild ride with having you gone and out of the home for the past two (2) years. I remember what feels like yesterday, sitting on the porch at the cabin asking you why you wanted to serve. At that time it wasn't coming across like this was the choice you really wanted to make. I hope you always remember the words of advice that I told you on that day. Go and find YOU. Go and realize that you are good enough just the way you are and that you do not need to change to accommodate anyone or become a chameleon in any situation to 'just fit in'.  These last two years have been years of growth for you but also for us here at home. We are able to see the value of missionaries who are willing to jump all in and who are willing to commit to sacrificing everything for the benefit of the Gospel. Can you be like that this will be my last email to this email address? It is mind blowing for me and I feel like things with a mission just started. Crazy how fast these last two years have gone by. How were things this last week? Were you able to touch basis with all of those you were hoping to before you head home? Have you been able to say a proper goodbye to those that have influenced your time in Africa? Do you feel like you left any stones unturned that maybe could have been touched? Week 102 Email: 2 weeks and a Homecoming

From: Christian.garcia@missionary.org Date: Monday, May 29, 2023 Subject: 2 weeks and a Homecoming Bonjour tout le monde!!! Woah, c'est la fin d'un chapitre de la vie... bizzare haha. Let's hop into these past few weeks shall we? Okay so I know that the email that I sent out last week wasn't for that week but this week I am going to try and make up for it by kinda focusing on some fun highlights that happened haha.  2 weeks ago we had our last interviews with President and Sister Proudfoot. They go home in July so this was the last time for everyone and it was a kind of sad but sweet experience too. I have really loved them as my mission leaders, thankfully I still have 1 more interview right before I head home with them haha. The day right after interviews Elder Okyere and I ended up getting lost in our sector and then we chose a direction to go in and well that just made us even more lost until we got to the beach. And well the beach isn't in our sect...
