Elder Garcia is traveling to Cotonou today with President Proudfoot because his companion needed to renew his Visa. We chatted just briefly on the Facebook Messenger but just about what his plan was this week. They will stay in Cotonou for District Council and then head back to Dassa. I long to just catch up with him but it will have to wait until next week.
