Well... we didn't watch a simgle thing of conference. My companion decided Facebook was more important. So yeah. 

That's exciting that she had another appointment. Kinda lame she still has them on though haha. I laughed pretty hard about the whole dog thing, that's hilarious. Literally biting them in the butt. Lame that Tyler couldn't go and do.  

Thanks for sharing the conference stuff with me! Not going to lie, not watching it is weighing on my heart pretty heavily. I miss it. 

Thanks for the pictures too. Fall there and ridiculously hot here. I have sweated more in the past week than in my whole life, probably.

That is too bad that you didn’t get to watch conference. Maybe you could put that in your email to the Pres and you could get permission to use the phone to read a couple talks each day this week? 

How has your week been? What have you been up to? How are your friends and how is that sweet little girl that you have a photo of on your drive? 

This week is maybe busy? I can’t really tell at the moment. I think 5:31am seems awful early to be awake today. Tyler got home last night. He got his deer and seemed pretty happy about it. 

Anyways, know that I love you. I have you in my thoughts and I hope you are happy and doing well. I miss you but know you are right where you need to be. Conference was a lot about missionary work and I just let the tears fall at how proud I am of you.

Keep up the good work. I love you for forever

Elder Garcia's reply to Mom:

I can use the phone each morning (most of the time) so hopefully soon I can get conference. We had zone Conference and that wss good, small group bevause of COVID but still good. Talked a lot about faith, diligence and attention with the Spirit. I couldn't tell you about our amis this week... Elder Obeya is kinda in this "I don't care" mode because he knows he leaves in 3 weeks. I'll plan something with our amis (because that's why we're here) and then he calls them and tells them we have something different and then we go and visit 2 people a day. Kinda lame and I included that in my letter this week because I don't know how to fix that. 

We went and saw her yesterday and she ran up and gave me the biggest hug haha. Little Soeur Aflo because I can't say her nsme or spell it because it's in the native language here. 

Maybe busy is good. Get things going again and then Fall Break then going then next thing you know Christmas and then after that New Years and then Kaitlyn is home. Things ckming real quick for ya mom.

That thing is huge like bigger than me haha. Glad he got it this year.
